My piano has been moved from Louisiana to New Mexico and back twice. This experience with moving it back to New Mexico was the least stressful. I was totally comfortable with how it was being handled and it's safe delivery. The Jones brothers Jarrett and Gabriel took great care in wrapping and securing the piano and it's parts and were pleasant throughout the somewhat laborious walk down a 300' limestone drive with the Baldwin 6 1/2 ' grand piano on a dolly. I was equally pleased with with Chris and Wes on the delivery here in Albuquerque although not as difficult to access, the temperatures were in the extremes. They were happy to make adjustments to the positioning of the piano within the area I had chosen. Throughout the arrangements I was kept informed by Julie in the office on the expected times of pick up, it's progress and delivery. All of the people involved in coordinating and moving my piano were courteous, pleasant and professional. Anyone needing a piano moved can feel confident in choosing Modern Piano.
