Modern Piano has been highly professional and helpful in planning and implementing the transport of our family’s Steinway baby grand to our daughter in Connecticut. Tony has been a pleasure helping us arrange the move, and the truck and movers (Allen, Zach and John) arrived yesterday and very professionally and expertly packed and loaded our piano, which is currently in transport. We can highly recommend Modern Piano at this stage in the process, and, based on our experience so far, we feel confident that the transport and delivery will be successful and provide a happy ending to this project. Exceeded expectations! This was a big deal handing over a beloved instrument to strangers to deliver to my son 3 states away. But Modern Piano was very responsive all the way from quoting to delivery and I would use them again in a heartbeat. When compared to hiring movers, renting a truck, insurance, and cost of gas, it was an easy decision to let Modern Piano do the job! We paid maybe $75 more than we would have doing all that ourselves and we rested knowing they took better care of the baby than we could have in a rental truck! Hire Modern Piano - you won’t regret it!

Modern Piano Moving recently moved my 110+ year old baby grand player/reproducer piano from South Carolina to Colorado and had to take it downstairs in the new home. It is an extremely heavy piano due to the player mechanism and they did an outstanding job in both the pick up and delivery.
