Sam and Don were amazingly fantastic! If you were to look up the definition of, out of this world, amazing, over the top customer service beyond understanding, the definition would be: See Sam and Don at Modern Piano Moving.
They checked the entire piano after delivery set up. They noticed the far left key moving with the key cover. Instead of just identifying the issue and suggesting that I get it fixed, they actually removed Part of the front of the piano and found a hot wheel stuck inside the piano. They then put those three parts of the piano back together and retested everything. They would not leave until I was completely satisfied.
This attention to customer satisfaction was very important as this piano is a family heirloom: a Baldwin original 1967 baby grand, kept in pristine condition.
I had purchased plastic clear casters. Sam and Don brought with them medium to large size all wood casters, and some of them had a gloss finish. At a very reasonable price they were able to match my wood flooring with the wood casters. That was a touch of class that equals Sam and Don and their service; nothing short of classy.
When using Modern Piano Moving, for your piano needs, you should request that Sam and Don complete your delivery and set up. They created a whole new experience of delivery and set up in such a professional manner it’s hard to put into words.
Sam and Don absolutely deserve a significant pay raise.
