Excellent experience ! Communication with pick up and delivery was very good - we knew exactly what time as they called with a time frame so we would know approximate arrival. The packing of the baby grand was excellent as was the delivery and setting up ! We could not have been happier with the service and highly recommend Modern Piano !

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate the service 10.5 because it was truly amazing how quick and neat the service was with both wrapping the piano and then delivering the piano 700 miles away and then setting it up again.

The only issue was it was delayed twice from estimated delivery datemaking it two weeks late, due to truck issues. That put it into a timeframe where I could not be there to take delivery, but my wife was able to handle it. But fantastic on delivery and installation, prifessional and helpful. Great company, but please service your trucks appropriately!

Everyone I spoke with over the phone was professional and helpful. The pickup and delivery times were clearly communicated and kept by Modern Piano. The crew that delivered my piano were nice and incredibly efficient - in and out in 25 minutes. The condition of the piano was great upon arrival. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of piano transportation!
