My family needed to move my great-grandmother's baby grand piano from California to my house in Georgia. I did not set up the move, but I was the point of contact for the delivery. I am glad we decided to use Modern Piano Moving! They emailed us when the piano was picked up, then called me when the delivery was about two weeks out. They then called two days before to let me know the exact time and date. I requested they call thirty minutes before they arrived, and they happily obliged! The two guys were super respectful of the piano and of my house when they arrived. They took great time and care to set up the piano, even offering suggestions as to the best way to position it in the room. The two guys were very friendly and quickly put me at ease when I saw how well they did what they did! Thank you so much for doing such a great job with such a delicate and valuable family heirloom!

I had a Steinway Baby Grand Piano moved from Branson, Missouri to Virginia. I was most uncomfortable as to how the instrument would be when I saw it. I had been in Missouri 4 months before it was moved and it was a beautiful instrument. The ModernPiano truck arrived, the guys got out, came into my townhome, took a look around and said "This will be okay." Piano was taken off the truck, all wrapped up like a new one would have been. The two guys brought it in like professionals, unwrapped it, put the legs and pedal on. I talked to them while the process was taking place-it didn't bother them that I was talking. They kept doing what they needed to do and were most kind to me-we even had several laughs. Lou and Dan were outstanding in every way with this piano. Their "people skills" were truly No. 1. I had worried over this piano since my favorite professor had given this to me after passing away this past July. I thank ModernPiano, Lou and Dan for their professionalism in making a happy choral director even happier. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience. They are a 5 star.

Modern Piano Moving did a difficult move for my Baldwin grand piano and did it professionally and pleasantly. I spoke with Julie in the office repeatedly, and she very professionally and patiently helped me each time. The movers went above and beyond the call of duty, helping the construction guys who had to remove an exterior double door unit to get the piano down the stairs, both before and after they brought the piano down. They then transferred my piano to Texas as smooth as silk. The guys who brought the piano in were super nice, respectful, careful, and set up the piano exactly where I wanted it. I can't recommend this company enough. I also thought the price we paid was fantastic -- way less that I had thought it would be. Thank you, Modern Piano Moving!

We needed to have a Steinway grand moved from the Denver area to a Wyoming town far off the interstate path. Modern Piano Movers helped me arrange this without any difficulties. The drivers / movers for both pick-up and delivery were careful, courteous, and obviously experienced. Not only was the piano received in Wyoming without a scratch; it remained quite in tune, attesting to care along the way and smooth, shock free trucking.
