The process and variable pickup and delivery worked for us. Pickup was Monday evening, delivery was Friday morning, no problems. Workers were polite and careful, did a nice job. We have already recommended Modern Piano to friends here in Pinehurst who need to ship a piano. Special thanks to Daniel in the office who worked patiently with me to get the move just right.

We contacted Modern Piano to move a baby grand piano that had been in storage for 3 years in S.C. to our new home in southwest Florida. It was out first experience with Modern Piano movers. Modernpiano never made me worry about my Baby Grand that belonged to my Grandmother.
We had it moved from Missouri to Texas and from the first phone call I made to have them quote me a moving price till the time they picked it up to the delivery, Modern Piano made me feel very comfortable with everything.

"This" is how business transactions should be handled. From the first call and my conversation with Cory, it was smooth sailing. It's a big deal to move a family piano across state lines but it was fairly priced and a flawless transaction/experience.
