Excellent Service!!! Don and Dylan are amazing and world class piano movers. They moved our baby grand piano from Kingsport, TN to Raleigh, NC. Turnaround time was 4 days! (2 business days). These guys are the pros. They were methodical and took their time to ensure the piano was handled with care. Our initial contact was very informative and helpful. As we made arrangements, all steps of the process were explained within an appropriate time frame for both the sender and receiver. The speed, efficiency and professionalism of the persons involved in the pickup of the piano were exemplary. According to my daughter, the same characteristics were shown at her end. Patrick and Daniel were exactly on time and were fast and thorough in setting up my piano. They handled the 100 year old baby grand with great care. All calls to the office to confirm scheduling were handled quickly and politely. My scheduling was complicated by family illness but Cory and Daniel were very gracious in accommodating me. Every part of this transaction was pleasant! Julie did an amazing job in all aspects of helping move our piano. This was not just a piano to my family but was so much a part of my mom's life.
