Telephone communication was excellent. The gentleman that picked up the piano, Daniel and Patrick were very nice and professional. The customer that received the piano on the other end said that those gentleman were very professional as well. Over all the experience was excellent! I thought the use of the actual 4 wheeler to bring my piano to the front door from the dirt rd was a pretty cool new way of doing it. Sure beats hauling it with a Muel like our relatives did in the 1800's. The guys were very nice and professional. They had my piano set up in no time. Thank you for the great care and accomidations in getting the piano that I purchased safely to me.
