Modern Piano Movers were very easy to work with. They coordinated with my mom and I to move my grandmother's piano across the country. They were transparent in their processes, easy to communicate with, and showed up where and when they said they would. The gentlemen at pick up and drop off were very professional and efficient. The piano arrived in the condition it left in. Would recommend for anyone needing to transport a piano.

A tricky move of an heirloom Steinway from Tulsa to San Francisco. Several transfers, steps and corners. Arrived within the designated time frame without a scratch and the crew was totally professional and accommodating. The move of our baby grand piano was done with absolute care and timeliness. The care that the movers showed in picking the piano and delivering it was simply professional. Also, they refunded part of the cost promptly because it took them less steps to bring the piano inside the house. Our piano is a family heirloom. Modern Piano Moving treated it with care. The cost is very reasonable. The scheduling of the pick-up and delivery is efficient and timely, and the customer service is exceptional.

When we were in the process of moving everything out of my parents home after it was sold I contacted Modern Piano Moving to get my mom's baby grand piano from their home in Houston, TX to our home located in Salt Lake City, UT back in 2021. Modern Piano Movers exceeded my expectations with getting the baby grand halfway across the country. Both pickup in TX and delivery in UT went smoothly and the baby grand arrived to it's new home.
Fast-forward to 2024 and Modern Piano Moving helped get that same baby grand from Salt Lake City, UT up to Bellingham, WA. Same great service from pickup to delivery!

Modern Piano has been highly professional and helpful in planning and implementing the transport of our family’s Steinway baby grand to our daughter in Connecticut. Tony has been a pleasure helping us arrange the move, and the truck and movers (Allen, Zach and John) arrived yesterday and very professionally and expertly packed and loaded our piano, which is currently in transport.
