The Communication from all staff was impeccable. I felt extremely confident and comfortable that they were taking the utmost care of my gma's piano from 1st call all the way through delivery. The drivers, Sam and Tom, were kind, confident, and skilled. They had a great deal of experience and knew that this was not just a regular delivery, they recognized that this piano was old - and dear to us. It required some extra care and out-of-the-norm delivery and re-assembly. They knew it and they did what was necessary. They provided their opinion and advice when asked for it - they are the professionals, right? And their answers were a perfect match for what we wanted and needed.

The move was quick, efficient, professional, reasonably priced and insured, …the 5’8” grand was beautiful wrapped and traveled in a temp & humidity controlled environment. These people have it down and the only way to go. I talked with 6-7 other movers from south east Florida, who didn’t compare! My compliments to John & Zac, beautiful job!
