Process was seamless from the initial quote, to the pickup and final delivery. Quote was quite reasonable, and Lisa in sales and Jamie in dispatch were very communicative throughout the process. DJ and Gary kept me informed on the arrival timing and took great care during the delivery. They were very friendly, kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend them if you have a grand piano to move cross country.
