Sam and Jordon did a fantastic job of preparing and moving my piano. They were extremely professional and helpful. They made me aware of some issues with my piano and how to go about fixing them. Modern piano moving handled a difficult and large instrument move from Philadelphia to Maine. Lou and Manny took care of everything, never phased by the complexity and size of the move. Both locations had challenges and Lou and Manny had no problems navigating the issues, especially the delivery in Maine. All 10 instruments were delivered in tact along with the various pieces that had to be dismantled for the move. Very happy with the entire experience from Lisa working on the estimate, to dispatch for scheduling, and of course Lou and Msnny, worth every penny to ensure safe delivery of hard to replace instruments. John and Zach were WONDERFUL!!! I am VERY impressed and happy with the job they did! They were spot on time, professional and perfect gentlemen. The entire process took 55 minutes to clear the room, break down the baby grande and haul it out. DJ and Gary did a fantastic job delivering our Chickering 5’ grand this morning, coming from Texas. Once they got to Richmond, they decided ahead of time to load it on a smaller truck for final delivery to our tight urban street, then got it up the steps and into the house in no time, treating it gently all the while. The whole process took just half an hour from arrival to getting everything cleaned up and out the door, and they were happy to talk about the process and system all the while, without losing focus on the job at hand. Definitely would recommend this team and Modern Piano Moving.
