We live way back in the mountains of western Virginia, and they moved our piano without a hitch (at least on our port). The roads are narrow and curvy, there is no cellur service, and the GPS took them to the wrong street. Still DJ and Gary were on time, professional, and methodical. They didn't complain about our diffiuclt location. They were great.

They picked up an antique piano that has been in our family for generations and transported it from Catawba ,NC to Big Lake, MN . The entire process was seamless and everyone was professional and nice to deal with . They did what they said they were going to do , when they committed to . The pricing was very reasonable and I feel like we got " kid glove treatment". Strongly recommend !

We had my grandmother’s piano shipped halfway across the country to our home and the experience could not have been more professional or seamless from start to finish. Sam & Don were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick, the instrument was packed and handled so well that it was still mostly in tune. They were also very careful to keep our rug clean even though it was raining. If you need a piano moved, I definitely recommend them. Thanks for a great experience!

Dalton, Andrew and Christian were very professional moving our grand piano. We have used other services but Modern Piano Moving has always done a wonderful job with pickup and drop off each and every time.
On delivery to our next house, the next team, DJ, Gary and team, showed their experience and skill in moving up over 13 gradual steps around the side of our house on a difficult delivery to a second story room. Pros all the way!

I know my father-in-law shopped around quite a bit to find a good mover, as the piano needing transport belonged to HIS grandmother is a cherished heirloom in the family. Wes and Devin said they would be here at 4 pm and pulled up promptly at 3:59. Within about 30 minutes the piano was transported from their truck up our front stairs and into the house, unwrapped and in pristine condition. Thank you for doing such a great job!

In spite of the fact that Josh and Steve had had 2very long days of pick-ups and deliveries due to a flat tire the day before, they were extremely careful in delivering our piano and with the existing furniture in the house. They were also friendly and congenial.
I wish we could have had Modern Piano Movers to do our entire move ; they’re the best!
