I'm sure that our movers, Sam and Don, did not expect to find the whole family waiting on the lawn and breaking in to a round of applause when they arrived to deliver our Conservatory Yamaha C7 piano after it's six months away being restored! (But we were so very excited to bring it back home.)
An excellent job by Sam and Don - I marvel at the fact that just two guys got this beast in the house. Thanks for bringing it safely back to our family! We don't move this thing often, but when we do, we'll call Modern again!

Dalton, Andrew and Christian were courteous and efficient. The piano arrived in Southwest Missouri after its trip from Greenville, South Carolina without a mark or scratch—a real blessing given that this is a 100-year-old piano that’s been in the family for several generations. The cost was reasonable for the work and distance involved. We are very happy with Modern Piano Movers.

Hired to pick up a Charles Walter upright piano in Indianapolis and deliver to another family member in Duluth, MN. My comments and rating were in regard to the pick up. Very pleased with the crew, Sam and Devin. They were professional, skilled, and very careful with the bench and piano. All equipment used looked to be in very good condition. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Modern Piano was stellar, from my first inquiry call to them through the final delivery today. The office team and dispatch communications were timely and thorough. Their delivery technicians were professional, careful and experienced. They took the stress out of having my family heirloom grand piano shipped from Michigan to my home in Florida. Sam & Jordan were the amazing team that loaded her up in the north. Today, John and Zach were the incredible team that delivered her carefully home here in the south. They were very thoughtful with accessing our neighborhood and they made the process look so effortless. John also provided me with very helpful information about placement & acclimatizing and provided helpful references for future tuning. DJ and Gary delivered our piano flawlessly. Turnaround time from initial pickup to drop off was timely and all communication and scheduling went along just as their website had detailed. The guys were friendly and great to work with. They took exceptional care of our piano when bring it into the house and setting it up. All in all a great experience with them!
