The crew that delivered my piano (John/Zach/Terence) was very professional, efficient, and came ahead of schedule (a plus in my opinion). They seemed to enjoy their job as they were smiling/laughing but yet were careful with my piano. After the piano was set up, they gave me some resources for tuning the piano after it had acclimated to the new climate. Thank you Modern Piano.

Couldn’t be happier about how this move went! Quotes were fast and accurate, scheduling was easy, communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, customer service was 10/10. The pickup and drop off crews were both super professional and obviously very knowledgeable. We moved 1000 miles away and my piano is such good condition it’s clear it was handled with care and kept in a controlled climate the entire time. Definitely using modern piano for all future moves!
