Dear Bruce and Dave,

Thank you for your careful and professional technique which you applied on my dear old Knabe. This piano has been passed down for generations in my family, so I was relieved to see that the instrument's safety was important to you both, also.

Thank you for maneuvering the gorgeous, fragile, & antique instrument (over 100 years old), into my home, my life, and my heart. It was obvious that you both understood the tremendous meaning and quality that music - my piano - lends to my life.

Thanks also Bruce for the time you spent with me giving such piano caring advice, expert in preserving my instrument. Take care of that shoulder. You and Dave stay careful and healthy.
