Enclosed, please find a piano strap that was accidentally left at my house during a recent piano move.

I also want to commend your company, the moving crew of Russ & Rick for a beautifully done job! Mr. Goldberg, the piano's previous owner in Pasadena, CA was very impressed with the crew that loaded the piano in California. He called me just as soon as the piano left his house to tell me he felt that the piano was in "good hands". In addition, Russ & Rick were so very professional with the move on the Colorado end.

Should I have any long-distance piano moves in the future, or know of anyone else needing similar services, I will whole-heartedly recommend your company.
