Private company homes are available at some locations. Rent is discounted to the point of costing the employee little or nothing. All that is required is standard maintenance and payment of utilities.

Direct deposit is available to all employees. Drivers are given TCH cards for fuel and advances and Master Cards for other company expenses. Most crews receive tips from happy customers, which cover most road expenses like food.

Standard benefits after 90 days include health insurance, six paid holidays, 401k (IRA) with three percent matching funds, unlimited company cell phone usage and in-truck e-mail. Quarterly reviews are available the first year with pay increases and bonuses. After one year, we pay one week of vacations pay. After three years, two weeks pay is given.

We have a yearly company picnic and float trip on the 4th of July, which is full of fun and fireworks. Families are welcome and most expenses are company paid.

Job Requirements:

We move pianos. Applicants must be willing and able to lift, maneuver, and secure large and heavy instruments. Most moves are simple; some are not. Applicants must be able to think on their feet and develop solutions to tricky situations. Safety is our very first concern and applicants must be respectful of that. Training is available at any level for the right applicant.

Driver applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License), class A or B.

Helper applicants (trainees) must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. A CDL permit, class A, must be obtained within 30 days of employment. A CDL license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

A clean driving/criminal record is important. Drug tests are given before employment consideration and then on a random basis throughout the year. Drug usage is not tolerated! We feel this is the most difficult driving job in the industry and want DRIVERS, people who feel at home and enjoy driving a large vehicle. We are constantly in subdivisions and on small roads. If you do not enjoy a driving challenge like backing up a mile or climbing a steep road in the snow, please do not apply. Applicants must be comfortable with working with people, understand team effort, and have a good even attitude.
